Jinbao Long

Chen Shen is an Associate Researcher at the Shenzhen International Quantum Academy (SIQA). His primary research focuses on ultra-low-loss heterogeneous integrated photonic chips. He has published over 20 SCI-indexed papers​ and contributed to major national projects, including the National Key R&D Program of China and the "2030 Science and Technology Innovation Initiative". At SZIQA's ​Quantum Device and Chip Processing Center, he overcame critical process bottlenecks in silicon nitride photonics, establishing China’s first 6-inch Ultralow-Loss Silicon Nitride CMOS Process Line—a milestone in scalable quantum photonic device fabrication.
